Maui Sapote Seed Collection (3 types)

This listing is for our Maui Sapote Seed Collection with 3 types of Maui grown Sapote SEEDS.

The THREE types of Sapote SEEDS offered in this collection are:

 BLACK Sapote (Diospyros digyna) Seeds.  (THREE/3 SEEDS) 

Also called Chocolate Sapote, Chocolate Pudding Fruit 

-YELLOW Sapote (Pouteria campechiana) (ONE SEED)

 Also called Canistel or Eggfruit (

-WHITE Sapote (Casimiroa edulis) (ONE SEED)

There are Five seeds all together in this collection.  Each type will arrive individually labeled in its own packet.  The fresh Maui grown seeds are wet packed directly from the fruit so that they never dry out on their way to you.  Your seeds may arrive already germinating-perhaps use a pair of scissors to cut open the packets so that you do not damage the germinating seeds inside.

Your seeds will arrive in individual sealed baggies inside damp paper toweling.  Please be ready to receive and inspect your seeds on arrival.  Please observe your seeds germinate in their baggies before planting in containers of good potting soil.  Never allow to dry out, keep 75-85 degrees at all times.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE GROW EVERYTHING OUTDOORS HERE IN MAUI'S YEAR ROUND GROWING CLIMATE AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ADIVSE YOU HOW TO GROW THESE TROPICAL TREES IN YOUR SPECIFIC AREA.  WRITTEN GROWING INSTRUCTIONS ARE NOT PROVIDED WITH OR AFTER YOU RECEIVE YOUR SEEDS SAFELY.  PLEASE PLAN ON RESEARCHING HOW TO GROW ANY PLANTS THAT YOU WISH TO ADD TO YOUR GARDEN.

We do suggest always getting a good root system growing with most seedlings in a container before thinking about planting in garden soil.

Patience is needed when growing trees from seeds.  Thank you for understanding the terms that you agree to when placing an order for these live seeds. 

Once you have received your fresh Maui grown seeds safely please inspect them.  If you decide to keep them/bury them, our part is completed-it is now your gardening project, not ours together.  We guarantee that these are as fresh as possible seeds.  Once you have received them safely and they pass your inspection as viable, we are not able to and do not guarantee your gardening skill at keeping them alive-especially if you are not in a tropical growing zone.   

All seeds arrive with a Hawaii State Agricultural inspection stamp.
