• Lilikoi (Yellow x Purple)

    $6.99

There are only 3 items left in stock.
This listing is for a hybrid/cross between Yellow + Purple Passionfruit (Lilikoi).  These seeds are wet packed from freshly collected Maui grown fruit.  Offered in packs of 10 (TEN) SEEDS.   The rind of this fruit appears almost 'pink' with the purple + yellow colors combined.  The fruit pulp itself tastes extra tart and juicy.
Your freshly collected Lilikoi seeds will arrive wet packed in damp paper toweling in a sealed plastic baggie so that they remain viable on their way to you.  You can germinate your seeds in the baggies that they arrive in or plant in a communal container of good potting soil.   THIS IS A TROPICAL VINE, PLEASE PLAN ON KEEPING IT BETWEEN 75-85 DEGREES AT ALL TIMES.
PLEASE NOTE, Lilikoi is a tropical vine and the seeds take a good month or TWO+ or more to germinate.  Vines do not normally grow at the same rate.  Carefully transplant your faster growing Lilikoi seedlings into individual containers.  It is always a good idea to get a good root system growing with your seedling before planting in garden soil.
PLEASE NOTE, written growing instructions are not offered with or after you receive your Lilikoi seeds safely.  It is always best to research/google how to grow each plant that you would like to grow in your garden/particular area.  THIS IS A TROPICAL VINE, PLEASE PLAN ON KEEPING IT BETWEEN 75-85 DEGREES AT ALL TIMES.
Lilikoi vines can be found in Maui's year round growing climate, often in the wild.   Lilikoi LOVE to climb up anything nearby, a tree or fencing.    Try growing this fast growing and easy to cultivate fruit vine in your garden.
Keep some on hand in your freezer to add to your recipes.  Great lemon or orange juice substitute.  Lilikoi seeds are edible and add a pleasant 'crunch' on top of desserts or left in with fresh pulp.  I like to eat them all by themselves with a spoon, seeds and all.
